Frequently asked questions
How does payment work?
Payment is made online when booking, through FeexPay. With Mobile Money (MTN, Moov, Celtiis), you approve the payment on your phone with your PIN. With a Visa or Mastercard card, you pay on the secure FeexPay page; card fees (about 3.5% for a WAEMU-zone card, 3.9% otherwise) are added by FeexPay. The amount is in CFA francs (XOF) and you receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the payment is approved.
How many people are needed for a tour?
Our tours run for groups of at least 4 people. If there are fewer of you, message us on WhatsApp: we will offer you a place in an existing group or an adapted price.
Is transport included?
Tell us your hotel or pick-up location when booking: your guide will contact you before departure to arrange the meeting point and explain the transport arrangements.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure are fully refunded (excluding payment fees). Between 7 and 3 days before departure, 50% is refunded. Less than 72 hours before departure, no refund is possible, but a date change may be offered. See our terms and conditions.
Can prices change?
Prices may vary depending on the season. The price displayed when you book is the price you pay: it will not change afterwards.
